Diabetes Support Group
This new group is being formed to help support your efforts, frustrations and need for additional support in living with diabetes. The topic of each group will be determined by the needs, wants and desires of the group. All support groups will be held on Thursday evenings from 6 - 7:30 pm at the San Diego American Indian Health Center. For additional information please call Ramona @ 619-234-2158. Family Wellness Schedule

Family Wellness is held on Wednesday evenings once a month from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Normal Heights Community Center, 4649 Hawley Blvd, San Diego CA 92116. (Off of Adams Avenue between I-8 and I-15)
