Community Garden Workshops

Reconnect with your mind and body through the gentle rhythms of nature. By nurturing plants and moving intentionally through green spaces, participants are invited to slow down, reflect, and grow—both individually and together. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to step outside and breath. Everyone will receive a journal to take home and practice mindfulness through different strategies we will all learn together, all in effort to support our mental health and overall well-being.
