Heidi Young, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience in nursing and primary care. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Heidi began her career as a Registered Nurse in acute and critical care settings at leading health systems, including Scripps Green Hospital in San Diego. She later earned her Master’s degree in Family Practice from Azusa Pacific University and has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner in both managed care and community-based settings.
She is committed to clear communication, compassionate care, and partnering with patients to support their long-term health and well-being.
