Our new health center is in Kearny Mesa, near Balboa Avenue and Interstate 15, now located at the centerpoint of our patient community.
San Diego Community Health Center is preparing to move to a new location. We hope to begin seeing patients at the new location in December 2026. We will notify patients as more information becomes available.

There is nothing patients need to do right now. Please continue attending your appointments as scheduled. Before the move, we will provide patients with the confirmed transition date, location details, transportation information, and any updates that may affect their care. Geographical Center
Our new location is designed around the needs of our patients, with more parking, easier access, and additional space to support all of our patients. Located in Kearny Mesa near Balboa Ave. and Interstate 15, the new health center will provide a more convenient and accessible location as it is located at the geographic centerpoint of our patient population.

More than twice the size of our former health center, Viewridge provides substantially more room for patient care, programs, and operations. The expanded facility allows us to bring services together more effectively while giving our care teams the space they need to serve a growing patient population.
125 Parking Spaces
With 125 on-site parking spaces, Viewridge makes getting to an appointment easier from the start. The larger parking area provides more convenient access for patients, families, and visitors while reducing one of the most common challenges at our former location.
2.52-Acre Property
The health center sits on a 2.52-acre property, giving us more room for parking, patient drop-off, building access, and the infrastructure needed to support a modern health center. The larger site also provides greater flexibility as our organization and services continue to grow.
