At the San Diego American Indian Health Center, we are dedicated to promoting health and wellness within our community. Our Wellness Programs encompass a variety of services designed to support nutritional needs, substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, and outreach initiatives. We strive to empower individuals and families through education, resources, and culturally relevant support.

We accept all major insurance plans.
No insurance? Call us at (619) 234-2158 to enroll in a low or no-cost health plan through Covered California or Medi-Cal.
Native Patient Assistance
American Indians/Alaska Natives from federally recognized tribes may receive routine care at no cost including visits for Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental Care. Please note: Dental lab fees are not covered for our AI/AN patients.
Oral Health Initiative
Children aged 0-5 may qualify for free Dental Services through First 5 San Diego’s Oral Health Initiative.
