Description
This year the pow wow will take place on Saturday May 10 and Sunday May 11, 2024, from 10:00AM to 6:00PM each day. As always, the event will be located at Park Boulevard and Presidents Way in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. As a Native American, you and your family are eligible to have a vendor’s booth at this event and we’re hoping that you will want to participate. This year we are limiting vendors to the first 45 applications we receive. We are currently sold out of all of those spaces.
Set up will begin at 8:00 AM on Saturday, May 10, 2025. However, you are welcome to set-up on Friday,
May 9, 2024, anytime after 12:00 noon.
- Arts & Crafts Space Fee: $350.00
- Vendors will receive a 12 X 12 assigned space. Assignments will be made according to the item you selected and paid for.
- You must bring your own setup. No canopies, tables, chairs or electricity will be provided.
- You may only park in the front row of the parking lot in order to setup and off load. You will be required to move your vehicle once you have completed off loading in order to accommodate everyone. The blocked off spaces in the parking lot are off limits as equipment will be placed there. PLEASE do not move the barricades or park in those spaces.
- You are responsible for the cleanliness of your area during and after the event. Please be conscientious and place all boxes and recyclable materials in the BLUE recycle bins located in the parking lot.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.
- We do not allow the sale of medicine, e.g. Sweetgrass, sage, etc. You may give these items as gifts if you choose.
- The Sale of marijuana products or paraphernalia is prohibited.
- You are expected to conduct yourself in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Misconduct will lead to your being required to leave the event.
As you know, we are a community organization and fundraising is very important therefore, we are asking that you contribute an item with a value of up to $25 for a raffle to be held at the event. Any Contribution is entirely voluntary.
