Event Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Park Boulevard & Presidents Way, Balboa Park, San Diego, CA
Important: As a Native American, you and your family are eligible to have a vendor’s booth at this event and we’re hoping that you will want to participate. Vendor spaces are limited to the first 45 approved applications.
Arts & Crafts Vendor Space: $350.00
Includes: One self-assigned 12 ft x 12 ft booth space
Important: Vendors must bring their own: Canopy, Tables and Chairs. Electricity is not provided.
Set up Begins: Saturday, May 9, after 6:00 AM. However, you are welcome to set-up on Friday, May 8, 2026 after 12:00 PM
Important: Blocked off spaces in the parking lot are off limits as equipment will be placed there. Do not move barricades or park in restricted areas. Vendors may park in the front row of the parking lot for unloading only. Vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading.
By purchasing this vendor space, you agree to all terms and conditions listed on this page. The San Diego American Indian Health Center, the City of San Diego, and San Diego Parks & Recreation Department are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damages that may result from participation in this event. Additionally:
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event.
Vendors must place all boxes and recyclable materials in the blue recycle bins located in the parking lot.
Vendors must conduct themselves in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Misconduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.
The following items may NOT be sold:
Medicine items (including sweetgrass, sage, and similar items). These may be given as gifts only.
Marijuana products or paraphernalia.

As a community organization, fundraising is important to us. Vendors are encouraged (but not required) to contribute an item valued up to $25 for a raffle held during the event. Participation is voluntary. Please contact Paula Brim for more information.
