Arts & Crafts Vendor Space: $500.00
Includes: One self-assigned 12 ft x 12 ft space
Important: Vendors must bring their own: Canopy, Tables and Chairs. Electricity is not provided.
Set up Begins: Saturday, May 9, after 6:00 AM. However, you are welcome to set-up on Friday, May 8, 2026 after 12:00 PM
Important: Blocked off spaces in the parking lot are off limits as equipment will be placed there. Do not move barricades or park in restricted areas. Vendors may park in the front row of the parking lot for unloading only. Vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading.
By purchasing this vendor space, you agree to all terms and conditions listed on this page. The San Diego American Indian Health Center, the City of San Diego, and San Diego Parks & Recreation Department are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damages that may result from participation in this event. Additionally:
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event. If you need help with a spill let us know, we have spill kits available.
Vendors must place all boxes and recyclable materials in the blue recycle bins located in the parking lot. All other trash goes in the roll off dumpster in the parking lot.
Vendors must conduct themselves in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Misconduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone.
We will be distributing $15 meal tickets to some of the participants which you agree to redeem as a condition of your participation. You also must agree to treat the meal ticket as cash. In other words, if someone spends $8.50 at your business, you will give them $6.50 in change. We pay you the full amount of the meal ticket and you must pay change just like you would for any other cash transaction. Therefore, you may want to bring more money for change purposes. We will collect the meal tickets at the close of the event on Sunday and confirm a total amount with you. A check will be mailed to you within two weeks or may be paid through our PayPal account as a credit to the card you used to register.
