BOOSTER / 3rd Dose
Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine booster shots are available for the following Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine recipients who completed their initial series at least 6 months ago and are age 5 and up
Moderna COVID-19 Booster Vaccine
With the recent expansion of eligibility per the CDC, Â many patients are now eligible for Moderna booster shots. We are looking to setting aside some time in the schedule to administer these booster shots to patients.
To review, the following is the criteria for eligibility:
- 6 months or more after their initial series
- Age 18 and older
We would administer the same brand of vaccine that person received for their initial series, unless if that person has a preference to receive a different brand for their booster, then we can accommodate them.
When making this personal decision, it is important to keep in mind that the CDC has made the recommendation to allow this type of mix and match dosing for booster shots.

CDC recommends everyone ages 5 and older get a COVID-19 vaccine to help protect against COVID-19.
Please schedule a wellness check up through Patient Services. During appointment your provider will schedule you for your Covid Vaccine.
