Care Partner Program
At the San Diego American Indian Health Center, we deeply value the dedication and commitment of our staff members who consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional care to our patients. To recognize and honor these outstanding individuals, we are proud to introduce our Care Partner Program.
How it Works:
- Patient Recognition: Patients who have experienced exceptional care from a staff member at SDAIHC are invited to participate in our Care Partner Program. Patients can make a donation to SDAIHC in recognition of the outstanding care they received.
- Donation Submission: Upon making a donation in any amount, patients will have the opportunity to provide a brief description of the exemplary care they received and the staff member who made a difference in their experience.
- Staff Recognition: Each staff member who receives a nomination from a patient will be honored at our all-staff meetings. They will be presented with the prestigious Care Partner Pin, bearing the inscription “Our Caring Makes a Difference,” as a symbol of our appreciation for their dedication to excellence in patient care.
- Celebrating Excellence: The recognition of our Care Partners will not only acknowledge individual efforts but also inspire a culture of excellence and compassionate care throughout our health center.
