What is a Televisit?
Prior to COVID-19, a televisit was a foreign concept. We have had televisits available for years, but patients were unwilling to give it a try. A televisit is a way to see your own doctor in a location convenient to you! We use healow for televisits. It is a safe and secure part of your electronic medical record.
How to Schedule
A televisit can be scheduled by calling the office and requesting a televisit.
How to Join a Televisit
The two easiest are to click on the link provided in the text or email you receive OR go to healow.com and click on the ORANGE Start a Televisit button. It will ask for a 12 digit code. Call the office to receive your code.
